What does it cost to work with you?
Branding projects start at $999, with custom pricing depending on your scope. We’ll chat about what you actually need, then send through a no-pressure quote. No curveballs, no hidden costs.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project, but most brand or design packages take 2–6 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Do I need to know anything about design before we start?
Nope. That’s our job. We’ll guide you through the process, explain things clearly, and make sure you walk away feeling confident using your new brand.
Will I own my logo and designs?
Yes, once your final invoice is paid, the files are all yours. You’ll get all your assets and a brand guide to help you use them well.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yep! We’re not the hit-it-and-quit-it type. You’ll get brand guides, have access to the tips and tricks on our socials, plus you can book in for ongoing support or design add-ons anytime.
Do you work with clients outside of Aotearoa?
We sure do. Most of our mahi is remote, so wherever you are in the world,, we’re in.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We can create Canva templates for your team, branded social media templates, business card designs, posters, and even stationery templates. This ensures that your brand remains consistent across all touchpoints and is easy for your team to use.

A brand guide is a comprehensive document that details how your brand should be used. It includes your logo, typography, color palette, and guidelines on how to apply these elements across different platforms and materials. It ensures your brand remains consistent, whether you're designing a new website, creating social media posts, or producing print materials.
Can I use my brand assets on different platforms?
Absolutely! Our branding process ensures that your brand assets are versatile and scalable across all platforms, from websites to social media and print. The goal is to create a unified experience for your audience, whether they’re interacting with your brand online or in person.
What file formats do you provide?
We provide images in high-resolution in PNG, PDF, EPS and the original AI (Adobe Illustrator) files for each image, giving you flexibility to edit and resize as needed.

What is commercial imagery?
Commercial imagery refers to high-quality, professionally crafted images intended for use in marketing and/or in a way that generates profit.
Are the images exclusive, and will I own the rights to them?
Yes, all the images you purchase are exclusive. When you purchase an image from us, you receive full commercial rights. This allows you to use the images freely with no restrictions. The licensing terms will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
